Pspice

1)  Remember to add a ground to the circuit

2)  You need to perform a nested DC analysis.  Here's the procedure

    Analysis-->Setup

    Then select DC Sweep.

    Voltage Source, Linear,
 
   Fill in the name of your voltage source.  In my case it was V1

   Start 0V
   Stop 16V
   Step 0.1V

   Select Nested Sweep

    Select Current Source

    Enter Source Name.  In my case it was I1

   Enter start, end, and step values from book.

   Select enable nested sweep

   select ok and close the menu

   simulate it and plot the pspice curves.

   The curves should look like this.

The base current goes up by 10uA every line.  The bottom line would be 10uA, the top line would be 90uA.

The x axis would be the collector voltage with respect to ground.  In this case it is also the collector emitter
voltage.  The y axis is the collector current.
